What are silicone beads?
Silicone beads are spherical items made from silicone rubber, a synthetic rubber known for its durability, heat resistance, non-toxicity, and skin-friendly properties. Our silicone beads are made from pure heat-resistant silicone without any additives. In vibrating screens, these beads play a crucial role in regulating the flow of raw materials. They bounce with the vibration, effectively covering and opening the sieve holes, helping control the flow of raw materials within acceptable limits. The minimum operating condition for these beads is 150°C, with 8 hours of operation per day and a minimum lifespan of 6 years.
